Meet Sarah

I have over a decade of post-graduate experience in a variety of settings from schools, criminal justice, and community mental health. I have extensive training in trauma and mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder; these are my primary areas of therapy. I have additional training with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My style is trauma-informed and eclectic so we can work on your individual treatment goals with the modality and pace that is best for you. I strive to create a safe and trusting environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, without fear of judgment. By fostering empowerment and resilience, I aim to facilitate positive changes that enhance overall well-being and promote lasting mental wellness.

Originally from Montana, I moved to McMinnville, OR at the end of 2019, and have really grown to love this community. In my spare time, I hang out with my dog Chloe, make ceramics, enjoy concerts, work on my old van, and travel when I can.
